
Ingredients:
2 8-ounce packages cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar
1 16-ounce can pumpkin
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Dash salt
2 eggs
Pie pastry for 9-inch-deep pie plate
Directions:
1. Mix cream cheese and sugar.
2. Blend pumpkin, spices and salt into cream cheese and sugar mixture.
3. Add eggs one at a time.
4. Line a 9-inch-deep pie plate with pastry. Add mixture and bake at 350 F for 50 minutes.
Add decorations as desired.
