Simply go though the comments left on your blog. Find someone you DON'T recognize, and email them a thank you!
In the email:
Get personal
Perhaps copy and paste the comment they left into the email. ( a way of helping the identify)
Add the link to your blog
Answer any questions they may have left in the comment.
Invite them back
Ask them if they have a blog or blog post of their own to share with you
Invite them to a group on MBS (optional) This is just a way of helping them get more readers.
