I'm loving MBS, but I'm feeling in the minority with only one child. I would love to connect with some only child moms. I have a soon to be seven year old and he's definitely the only one ;-)

In the words of my seven year old, “Went to see The Adventures” this weekend. We checked the rating for The Avengers, which was PG-13. Honestly we probably would have taken him anyway; he saw all three Transformer movies at the theatre. There was language that made me cringe. No form of cursing is "mild" to me when my child is watching. Thankfully Samuel Jackson refrained for using his famous four letter word. I guess then it would have had to be rated R.

The first time I ever saw my dad cry was when my brother graduated from high school. Yeah it was emotional, but it was also a “Thank God” cry worthy kind of moment.
